Logo Design + Branding
I am the co-founder of bea. bea is a sustainable and considered loungewear and homewares brand. Products are made in small production runs out of limited end of roll fabric by artisans in India. The logo I developed has a minimal and timeless aesthetic. I used a natural biscuit tone which acted as a grounding neutral colour for the site and could be adopted in the brands labels. It provides a contrast to the more decorative block printed fabrics used for the loungewear and homewares.
Website
I created the website to be minimal, allowing space for the imagery and the colourful prints. A user friendly customer experience was key in the development of this Shopify website. The aim was to make transactions and shopping as simple as possible. Extra features such as sorting by size and colour as well as widgets showing items in stock were layered into the site. Imagery is at the centre of the website, making it easy for the customer to view a lot of products as they browse.
Photography
I photographed women’s, kids and homeware product shots for bea. The aim was to make the photographs feel natural, authentic and recreate a relaxed mood with the models and styling. I used plenty of natural light and beautiful locations to setup storytelling moments and a natural, lifestyle feel.
